The calendar view is the first page where you will land when selecting the media plan module. This view helps you to track the status and success of your media plan.
Let's have a look at some of the options offered by this view!
The brand selector:
On the upper part of the screen you will be able to select the brand which you want to see the media plans for. Once a specific brand is selected, the calendar view will be updated to display the media plans that belong to it.
Search for a media plan:
If you want to edit your media plan and have troubles to find it in the calendar, you can use the Search option displayed below. Clicking on the name of a media plan will take you to the media plan view.
Status of your media plan:
On the left side of the name of your media plans you will see an icon displaying the status of the media plan.
More information is displayed when you hover over the name.
The status of your media plan can be: draft (orange color), validated (green), active (green and blinking - when at least one of the campaigns is active), finished (if the end date already passed).
To the right of your media plan, groups or campaign names, you will find the budget of the element and the performance of your main KPIs (if you defined one).
Buttons for quick navigation and visualisation
On the right upper corner you'll find 3 buttons that will allow you to:
- Jump to the date of today in your calendar.
- Fold and unfold all the media plans. Useful to see the big picture! 📸
- Display or not the performance of the main KPIs that you defined.
The buttons are displayed in the same order from the left to the right in the screen shot below.
Finally, if you click on the name of a campaign that already exists in the platform, you will be taken to the MMR campaign report for further analysis and detailed optimization.
